PROPERTY RESTORATION & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AGREEMENT This Agreement is entered into between the Property Owner (“Owner”) and RemodelingByKennedy.online (“Contractor”). 1. PROPERTY & SCOPE: The Contractor agrees to perform the services selected in the attached Scope of Work at the property located at [PROPERTY_ADDRESS] (“the Property”). 2. SERVICES INCLUDE: – Emergency restoration (water, fire, mold, storm damage) – Complete reconstruction and remodeling – All trade contractor coordination (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.) – Outdoor services (landscaping, lawn care, pool maintenance) – Project management and permit coordination 3. TIMELINE: Emergency response within 2-24 hours depending on priority level. Construction schedule to be determined following damage assessment and material procurement. 4. PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit due upon contract signing. Progress payments at specified milestones. Final payment upon completion and inspection. 5. INSURANCE COORDINATION: Contractor will provide documentation for insurance claims including detailed scope of work, photos, and direct billing when applicable. 6. WARRANTIES: All work performed carries standard trade warranties. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and equipment installed.
